Field Service Technician II

About the role

Perform skilled tasks including all levels of maintenance, repairs, and overhauls as directed by supervisory personnel. Troubleshoot and diagnose all levels of compressor system failures. Optimize compression equipment performance. Stay abreast of advanced compressor and engine theory and maintenance. Comply with all company and customer safety and environmental policies and procedures. Comply with all other company policies and procedures. Complete appropriate paperwork as directed. Perform duties as trainer when required. Continually hone and develop electronic and computer skills. Demonstrate and further develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in field service or maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of compressor systems and engine theory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
