Key Areas of Responsibility

• Communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with customers
• Organize, triage customer issues, and handle some problems before they occur
• Provide prompt and effective service for electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and system overhauls

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 19 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
• Basic PC skills
• Basic electronic skills
• Operating system familiarity
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day

• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification
• One or more years of related experience

Pay

$40,800.00 to $59,200.00 on the lower end for less experienced and more for well directly experienced professionals
