About the role
The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the field. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues on-site
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- At least 2 years of related experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
