Field Service Technician/Driver

As a Field Service Technician/Driver at HME Specialists, you will directly impact the lives of patients by ensuring the delivery, setup, and maintenance of medical equipment. Responsibilities

• Deliver, set up, and educate patients and their families on medical equipment.
• Interact with customers face-to-face, providing support and understanding during challenging times.
• Ensure proper installation and operation of medical equipment while providing reassurance to patients and their loved ones.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain proficiency in using software and tools related to delivering, setting up, and maintaining medical equipment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• 21 years or older.
• Basic computer skills.
