In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities. You'll work directly with production and maintenance teams to keep equipment running efficiently while providing a high level of technical support. What You Will Be Doing: Perform installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of large-scale packaging and processing equipmentApply electromechanical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issuesRead and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentationDeliver exceptional customer support while maintaining a professional demeanorPerform preventative maintenance and equipment inspectionsTravel throughout the assigned region to support customer sitesComplete service reports and documentation accurately and timelyParticipate in technical training and continuous development programs What You Need for This Position: Field service experience working with electrical and mechanical machineryAbility to troubleshoot large-scale, complex machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and robotic systemsStrong electrical and mechanical experience; pneumatic and shop skills requiredExperience working with food processing and/or packaging equipment preferredExperience with PLCs, VFDs, servo motors, 480V systems, and electrical circuitryStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to travel extensively throughout the assigned regionValid driver's license and ability to travel daily with frequent overnight stays Benefits$35-39/hr + per diem + profit sharing bonus + 2x pay on weekends 6% 401k Match - Immediate vestingFuel Card; Reimbursed travel expensesCompany Car with InsurancePaid/on the clock while traveling Tuition Reimbursement Strong Medical, Dental, Vision.
