Field Service Technician - Compact Construction Equipment

Essential Functions

• Install, maintain, and repair compact construction equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using diagnostic tools.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing compact construction equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of related experience in construction or maintenance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
