Field Service Technician - Commercial Security Systems

About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and responding to customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure commercial security systems
• Maintain and repair existing systems
• Respond to customer inquiries and service calls
• Provide technical support and training to customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with commercial security systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to climb ladders and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
