About the role
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including alarm panels, cameras, and access control devices.
- Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues related to their security systems.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on security systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to client requests for service within a specified timeframe.
- Document all work performed and communicate with clients regarding system status and maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar field or relevant training.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial security systems, including alarm panels, cameras, and access control devices.
- Experience with installation and repair of security systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
