About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including alarm panels, cameras, and access control devices.
  • Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues related to their security systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on security systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to client requests for service within a specified timeframe.
  • Document all work performed and communicate with clients regarding system status and maintenance schedules.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar field or relevant training.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical problems.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of commercial security systems, including alarm panels, cameras, and access control devices.
  • Experience with installation and repair of security systems.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
