About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
  • Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues related to their security systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on security systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to client requests and emergencies within a specified timeframe.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with commercial security systems installation and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of commercial security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
