About the role
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. Works closely with clients to ensure system functionality and provide technical support.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain commercial security systems including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Provide technical support to clients to resolve issues related to their security systems.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on security systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to client requests and emergencies within a specified timeframe.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with commercial security systems installation and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
