Field Service Technician – Commercial Refrigeration Gaskets

About the role

Seal Solution LLC is looking for a sharp, self-motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the face of the company — traveling to restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial kitchens to inspect, remove, and replace refrigerator door gaskets. You'll work a four-day work week while earning competitive pay and building real relationships across the local foodservice industry. This isn't a desk job and it isn't a grind — it's a chance to take pride in skilled, efficient work that keeps commercial kitchens running right.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site gasket inspections, measurements, and replacements across a variety of commercial refrigeration units
• Work efficiently within active kitchen environments, minimizing disruption to daily operations
• Document all completed work accurately and promptly using company systems
• Communicate clearly and professionally with kitchen managers and facility contacts — friendly but focused
• Canvas nearby businesses during schedule gaps to introduce Seal Solution's services and generate new leads
• Represent the company with a professional appearance in company-provided uniform at all times

Requirements

• Comfortable navigating fast-paced commercial kitchen environments
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
• A clear, confident communicator who understands the value of brevity on the job
• Self-directed and able to manage your route and time independently
• Motivated by both great service and new business opportunities
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Pay

W-2 salary plus commission with on-target earnings of $60,000+
