Field Service Technician, Commercial Dock and Door

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities
• Act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment
• Serve as primary customer contact

Requirements

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Prior experience in repair or installation of industrial equipment (preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a field environment
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (position requires driving a company vehicle)
• Pre-employment drug test required
• DOT physical required
