RDO Equipment Co. in Moses Lake belongs to our Northwest Agriculture division, which is made up of 10 stores across Washington and Oregon. The team members in Moses Lake support farmers in this area as they plant, tend, and harvest the crops that feed the nation. This is a forward-looking customer base that defaults toward innovation. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently using troubleshooting skills.
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner with customers and management during the repair process.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Take advantage of company and manufacturer-sponsored training to adapt to changes in technology and learn new skills.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment by keeping your field truck tidy and organized.

Requirements

• Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics (experience in diesel mechanics preferred).
• Clear and concise communication abilities, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Valid work authorization; candidates must be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
