About the role

ENGEL Machinery Inc., a global leader in plastic injection molding, automation, and robotics, is hiring 4 Field Service Technician Apprentices to join its nationally recognized apprenticeship program. This paid training program is designed for mechanically inclined individuals who want to build a long-term career servicing advanced manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Learn alongside experienced Field Service Technicians
• Complete hands-on technical training
• Build expertise on industry-leading plastic injection molding equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer support

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work
• Trade school graduates or individuals with 2+ years of electro-mechanical, industrial maintenance, automotive, electrical, or similar technical experience
• Willing to travel up to 90% of the time after training
• Able to temporarily relocate to York, PA for the initial 3–4 month training program
• Eager to learn and build a long-term technical career
