Field Service Technician Apprentice - Commercial Security Systems

About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial security systems. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and responding to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure commercial security systems
• Perform routine maintenance checks on installed systems
• Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions
• Communicate effectively with customers to address their security needs
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial security systems is a plus
• Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring is helpful
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
