We are currently seeking the newest innovator to join our dynamic Customer Service team as Field Service Technician (DMST) located in the Miami, FL area. All candidates must be able to work coverage in the general Miami, FL and surrounding metro areas.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while servicing LG products in the home.
- Diagnose and repair all major appliances, TVs and A/C units.
- Manage inventory and perform administrative tasks daily.
- Represent LG with professionalism expected by customers.
- Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG equipment.
- Properly use all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG.
- Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on a variety of electronics and home appliances.
- Diagnose problems, assess extent, document findings, and make decisions to repair or replace parts.
- Immediately and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon job completion.
- Pre-screen next day service calls by obtaining necessary information prior to arrival.
- Meet or exceed company metrics (customer satisfaction, fix right first time, revisits, parts management
