Field Service Tech I - Lake Havasu, Bullhead City or Kingman, AZ

About the role

Scientific Games is seeking field service professionals to address customer needs regarding lottery machine service, installation, and maintenance. No prior lottery industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs client-site servicing, repair, survey, and/or installation of company product(s).
• Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
• Determines most cost-effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.
• Reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.

Requirements

• An understanding of and some experience with troubleshooting computer software and hardware technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills, with proven technical and customer satisfaction skills.
• Promptly responds to customer/management requests and feedback.
• Proven self-starter with motivation and ability.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare and analyze reports.
• Ability to lift, install, and move large self-service equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Pass background check and a clean driving record.
• Pass Az-DOT written / driver skills requirements.

Pay

$18.50/hour

Schedule

This role works weekends on a rotating schedule every other weekend and is on-call to cover other areas if needed.

Physical Requirements

• Sit, stand, walk, bend, use hands, operate a computer, and have specific vision abilities to include close and distance vision.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• May require driving to assist the Northwest and Northern regions of Arizona.

• Requires driving to assist the Northwest and Northern regions of Arizona.
• Locations include, but are not limited to, Beaver Dam/Littlefield, AZ.
