Field Service Supervisor, Broussard LA

About the role

Full-time team members support field operations, including torque turn graph interpretation, thread inspections, laser tally pipe measurements, equipment preparation, maintenance, and field delivery. This hands-on position involves using tools, operating a forklift, and ensuring all work meets strict QHSE standards.

• Rotating 24-hour on-call schedule
• Strict adherence to company QHSE policies and procedures
• Daily per diem and furnished lodging during field work
• Company-provided PPE, uniforms, and vehicle or allowance

Responsibilities

• Interpret torque turn graphs and perform thread inspections
• Conduct laser tally pipe measurements
• Prepare, maintain, and deliver equipment
• Operate a forklift and use tools for equipment preparation
• Perform routine maintenance and job staging in shop and yard
• Deliver or pick up equipment per customer requirements

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• At least one year of industry experience
• Strong communication skills
• Dependability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
