Field Service Supervisor, Broussard LA

About the role

We are hiring full-time team members to support field operations, including torque turn graph interpretation, thread inspections, and laser tally pipe measurements. This role includes a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule and requires strict adherence to company QHSE policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations including torque turn graph interpretation, thread inspections, and laser tally pipe measurements
• Equipment preparation, maintenance, and field delivery on a 24/7 rotating schedule
• Use tools and operate a forklift
• Perform routine maintenance, equipment preparation, and job staging
• Deliver or pick up equipment per customer requirements
• Ensure all work meets strict QHSE standards

Qualifications

• At least one year of industry experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment where safety and precision come first
