The Field Service Representative (VMP / Press Brakes) position at Cincinnati Incorporated offers a dynamic opportunity to solve real-world machine problems in various locations across the U.S. As a hands-on technician, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced metal fabrication machinery.

Responsibilities

• Complete machine service for customers
• Prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicing
• Maintain company property for safe operation and maximum life
• Manage business expenses to maximize profitability
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and establish preventative maintenance schedules with customers

Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles
• Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to travel overnight at least 75-90%
• Superb communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
• Strong PC and organizational skills

Qualifications

• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience (or related military experience)
• Preferred technical/other training or better
