Field Service Representative (Techniseal)

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this remote position supports distributors, dealers, and contractors with day-to-day customer relations, product merchandising, demonstrations, and training. The role offers excellent growth opportunities within the company.

This position is remote and requires residence in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Act as product specialist for demonstrations and training
• Support the Regional Sales Manager by merchandising at sales locations
• Develop a territory coverage plan with the support of the Regional Sales Manager and team
• Use Salesforce to register and note all activities (training provided)
• Occasional work outside normal business hours
• Manage time and travel planning
• Drive between locations using a personal car or plane to support the sales team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent education with strong customer service/sales abilities and people skills
• Spanish speaking preferred
• Light duty truck preferred as vehicle
• Ability to lift 50 lbs for extended periods (full days with breaks)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Hardscape experience preferred
• Occasional overnight travel by car and/or plane (up to 35% travel)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Computer literate, especially in MS Office suite, order tracking software, and email

Pay

Base salary: $65,000–$75,000, with all-in compensation up to $90,000. Includes a monthly car allowance.
