Field Service Representative I - Spokane, WA

Responsibilities

• Prepare medical equipment for patient use, including disinfection, quality control testing, and transportation.
• Interface with healthcare clients daily to build and maintain superior customer relationships.
• Execute timely and accurate order management using company-issued computers and electronic equipment.
• Operate a company vehicle to support equipment delivery, retrieval, and onsite customer service requirements.
• Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies while coordinating delivery and retrieval of products with customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• One (1) year of work experience in a customer-facing or service-related field
• Current, valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work a non-traditional work schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
• Experience with Microsoft Office and iOS applications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, along with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Durable Medical Equipment (DME) handling experience

Qualifications

• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and iOS applications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, along with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Durable Medical Equipment (DME) handling experience

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $46,960 - $64,570, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.

Schedule

May include up to 10% domestic travel, including meetings or other business functions requiring commercial air travel.
