The Field Service Representative I - Evansville, IN position is part of a new healthcare company, Solventum, which builds innovative solutions to healthcare challenges. This role involves servicing medical device equipment, interacting with customers, managing inventory, and supporting healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Serve healthcare clients by delivering, picking up, and maintaining medical device equipment.
• Build and maintain superior customer relationships by interfacing with clients daily.
• Perform and assist in maintaining inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Clean, process, and quality control medical device equipment.
• Handle general housekeeping tasks and load/unload equipment in company vehicles.
• Attend training sessions and other business functions, which may involve commercial air travel.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• One (1) year customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• An associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Ability to work non-traditional work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
• Physical ability to meet the requirements of the position through fitness testing as per the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

• May be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities, necessitating certain licenses, vaccinations, or other credentials.

Pay and Schedule

• The expected compensation range for this position is $37,920 - $52,140, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
