Field Service Representative I
About the role
The Field Service Representative I is the direct implementation of customer required on-site field services related to CCC activated carbon product, equipment, and service offerings. The Field Service Representative I is part of CCC’s customer support and service value proposition by contractual obligation.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and documentation of daily on-site activities using FSWO database and work process
- Carbon adsorption equipment start-up and customer training on proper use through O&M manual and work process
- Carbon and other media removal and installation
- Carbon adsorption equipment installation and removal
- Carbon adsorption equipment maintenance, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Confined Space Certification (must be completed within 3 months of hire)
- Driver's License (Class A preferred)
- HAZWOPER 40-Hour Certification (must be completed within 3 months of hire)
- Transportation Worker Identification Credential (must be obtained within 3 months of hire)
- Two to three years of mechanical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical systems; hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving/repairing technical and mechanical issues
- Experience in the carbon treatment industry or a related field is preferred

Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 Hrs/Wk - Monday through Friday with ability to work weekends when required.
