Field Service Representative - Full Time

Responsibilities
- Stock, display, and maintain lumber, molding, and millwork products in Lowe’s home improvement retail stores
- Build strong relationships with store leadership and associates
- Drive sales growth through inventory accuracy and excellent customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and safe driving record
- 2+ years in inventory replenishment (preferred)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills; act as a brand ambassador with integrity and professionalism
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own schedule
- Comfortable with physical work, including handling and replenishing lumber and molding products
- Tech-savvy or willing to learn; comfortable using a tablet for tracking orders and damaged product
- Detail-oriented, ensuring well-organized product displays and accurate inventory tracking
- Customer-focused, prioritizing satisfaction and excellent service
Work Environment
- Safety: Our #1 priority; we want you to leave the day safely
- Surroundings: Moving machinery (forklifts), shopping carts, and interactions with customers, store associates, and management
- Activity: Standing, walking, pushing/pulling carts, lifting products (up to 50 lbs.), and using a tablet for inventory and ordering
- Temperature: Climate-controlled environment at Lowe’s stores
- Dress Code: Relaxed, with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe or composite shoes (reimbursed after 60 days)
Schedule
Monday - Friday day shift, serving Richmond, VA Lowe’s stores and surrounding areas. Consistent work schedule of 8-10 hours per day, 4 days per week (some regions may require 5 days per week).
