Field Service Rep - Full Time

What You’ll Do

• Stocking, displaying, and maintaining products in the Lowe’s store aisles
• Building strong relationships with store leadership and associates
• Driving sales growth through inventory accuracy and excellent customer service
• Shift: Monday - Friday Day Shift
• Location: Serving Roanoke, VA Lowe’s Stores and surrounding areas
• Pay: $20-23 per hour based on experience

Who You Are

• Basic Requirements: High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance coverage, 2+ years in inventory replenishment (preferred)
• Effective Communicator: Solid verbal and written communication skills, acts as a brand ambassador
• Self-Motivated: Proactive, manages own schedule, ensures tasks are completed efficiently
• Physically Active: Enjoy physical work, OK with handling and replenishing lumber and molding products
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology, particularly a tablet for tracking orders and damaged product
• Detail-Oriented: Pays attention to detail, ensures product displays are well-organized and inventory is accurately tracked
• Customer-Focused: Prioritizes customer satisfaction, strives to provide excellent service at all times

What to Expect

• Safety: Safety is our #1 priority
• Surroundings: Moving machinery (forklifts), shopping carts, interacting with people
• Activity: Standing, walking, pushing/pulling carts, lifting products (up to 50 lbs.), using a tablet for inventory and ordering
• Temperature: Climate controlled environment at our customer’s store
• Dress Code: Relaxed, with requirements for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, etc.
