Field Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all cabinet measure and quality control items.
• Communicate directly with InteriorWorx Job Coordinators.
• Oversee and approve daily jobsite installs to assure quality control.
• Determine cause and initiate solution proactively for install errors.
• Resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
• Input live updates in job management software.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cabinet installation.
• Knowledge of tile, laminate, carpet and other flooring types.
• Lighting, appliance, window covering knowledge also applicable.
• Have hands on knowledge of home building trades.
• Great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knows how to prioritize.
• Able to handle stress and fast-paced working environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Tech Savvy.
