Field Service Representative

The Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Field Service Representative in Lubbock, TX. The expected annual salary range for this role is $63,749 - $93,499.

About the Role

Responsible for working on assigned projects for electrical equipment, delivering technical solutions to customers, and performing less conventional complex engineering assignments. Proficiency in test equipment operation, troubleshooting techniques, protective relays, power quality measurements, disaster recovery, rotating machinery, protection & control design, generating timely and accurate service reports, and understanding 3-phase power systems and low, medium, and high voltage power distribution equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with minimum 2 years of electrical or mechanical industry experience
• Able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and MVR check
• Eligible to drive an Eaton fleet vehicle

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, 2+ years of electrical or mechanical industry experience, unrestricted driver's license, able to work variable hours including nights & weekends, and travel within the district/state/region/country based on customer requirements
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical or General Contractor’s License, Professional Engineering License, experience in testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution and control systems, experience performing power quality measurements, troubleshooting, analysis as well as protective relays, NICET/NETA certification
