Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site customer meetings to build and maintain strong relationships
- Use a consultative approach to understand customer work processes and pain points, offering solutions that maximize business value
- Plan and execute customer training, demos, and seminars in various settings
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers
- Collaborate with various CAMP business units to support coordinated activities
- Attend industry and OEM events, organizations, and associations
- Travel extensively within the Western United States and Canada (4 days per week)
Requirements
- 4-7 years' experience in aviation maintenance, aviation management, technology engineering, consulting, or professional services
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements from various regulatory bodies
- Experience performing needs assessments and making recommendations based on discovered requirements
- Ability to take initiative to facilitate teamwork within the company
- Willingness to share knowledge and expertise among various organizations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent public speaking, written, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English and other languages dependent on region supported (spoken and written)
- Nice to have: Experience with CAMO, FAA Part 91, Part 135, or Part 145 organizations; Certification as a mechanic; Experience with maintenance tracking applications; Instructor or training provider experience; FAA A&P/IA license or EASA Part-66 license

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The position requires extensive travel within the Western United States and Canada (4 days per week).
