Field Service Rep - Saginaw, MI

About the role

SBP Service Group, an SBP brand, is hiring a Field Stocking Representative to stock and maintain moulding merchandise in aisles at Home Depot stores across the Saginaw, MI territory — including locations in Bay City, Saginaw, Midland, and Flint. This full‑time, Monday‑through‑Friday day‑shift role starts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and involves heavy lifting and travel between multiple store sites. Specialty Building Products (SBP) operates under brands such as U.S. LUMBER, Alexandria Moulding, REEB Millwork, DW Distribution, Millwork Sales, and Amerhart, serving 45 U.S. states and 8 Canadian provinces from over 40 locations.

Responsibilities

• Cover multiple Home Depot store locations within the assigned territory.
• Identify and read tickets, SKUs, UPC labels, and reports.
• Sort and stock moulding and other products from carts.
• Replenish inventory according to company guidelines.
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs (up to 60 lbs consistently) as part of daily duties.
• Maintain aisle presentation: restock bins, remove damaged or unsellable material, and issue credits electronically using a Home Depot handheld device.

Requirements

• Personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs consistently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook, plus time‑keeping and mileage‑tracking systems.
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service for store management and shoppers.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in completing job duties.
• Self‑disciplined; able to identify and complete critical tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Pay

Starting rate of $19 per hour. Paid weekly. Monthly cell‑phone allowance and mileage reimbursement provided.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday through Friday day shift. Start time between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
