About the role

Responsibilities

- Technical Excellence: Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems. - Consultative Sales: Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site. - Customer Education: Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families. - Growth: Benefiting from consistent coaching and leadership training to move up within our national organization.

Requirements

- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record. - Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. - Ability to climb ladders (up to 14 feet) and work in confined spaces. - Comfortable bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

- Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus. - Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers. - Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Schedule

- 4-day work weeks (4/10 schedule, includes Saturdays).

Pay

- Base pay ranges from {LOW END OF RANGE} in our lowest geographic market up to {HIGH END OF RANGE} in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
