Responsibilities

• Diagnosing hydraulic issues on construction and industrial equipment
• Building and installing hydraulic hoses on-site
• Verifying repairs to ensure equipment functionality with no leaks
• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering customer relationships
• Collaborating with existing customers and generating leads for new business

Requirements

• Strong mechanical background, preferably with construction equipment experience
• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot under pressure
• Work effectively outdoors in varying conditions, including extreme weather and challenging terrains
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Own or acquire the necessary tools prior to completion of training
• Clean driving record and pass a background check

• Proven mechanical experience, especially with heavy construction equipment
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
