Job Responsibilities
- Cook up and install projects with clients.
- Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
- Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork work is complete and timely.
- Anticipate and resolve client issues.
- Attend client mandated meetings as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with the client and all departments in AIS.
- Be highly visible on job sites.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3 years of construction experience.
- Previous construction management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning.
- Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed.
It's a plus if you have:
- Previous Superintendent, Project Manager or Assistant Manager experience in Construction.
