Job Responsibilities

  • Cook up and install projects with clients.
  • Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
  • Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork work is complete and timely.
  • Anticipate and resolve client issues.
  • Attend client mandated meetings as required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the client and all departments in AIS.
  • Be highly visible on job sites.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3 years of construction experience.
  • Previous construction management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning.
  • Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed.

It's a plus if you have:

  • Previous Superintendent, Project Manager or Assistant Manager experience in Construction.
