FIELD SERVICE MANAGER Multi-Family- DFW

Summary of Position and Responsibilities

The Field Services Manager at Allied Interior Solutions is the first point of contact, responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation of multi‑family cabinetry projects. Primary duties include managing and submitting sub‑contractor invoices and serving as a strong liaison between the client and AIS.

Essential Functions

• Coordinate delivery and installation with clients.
• Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
• Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork is complete and timely.
• Anticipate and resolve client issues.
• Attend client‑mandated meetings as required.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client and all departments in AIS.
• Commit to being highly visible on job sites.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required Experience: Three years construction experience.
• Preferred Experience: At least one year experience in construction management.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Knowledge of cabinetry manufacturing processes, materials, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution.
• Understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and profitability adjustments.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate manufacturing or production operations.
• Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Problem‑identification, analysis, and resolution skills for manufacturing and delivery processes.
• Effective time management for self and others.
• Negotiation skills with suppliers and clients.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).
• Self‑motivation and ability to work without immediate supervision.
• Capability to build strong client relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
• Flexibility to adjust to meet on‑time delivery goals.
• Commitment to health and safety compliance.

Work Environment

• Field environment with exposure to construction sites and associated hazards.
• Physical demands include manual dexterity, extended sitting, working outdoors in extreme weather, and navigating unfinished construction sites.
• Requires driving for long periods within a designated service area.
• Constant travel to multiple work sites in the service area.
