Field Service Lead, Wichita, KS

About the role

The Field Service Lead position at Solventum is responsible for providing leadership in a service location, training employees and customers, and managing administrative tasks such as inventory maintenance and equipment preparation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to service center employees and customers.
• Perform and assist in maintaining inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Ensure adherence to operational compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee local business operations, including metrics and courier usage.
• Load and unload medical equipment and supplies, prepare documentation for delivery and retrieval, and prioritize equipment needs.
• Maintain facilities and vehicles, and complete routine maintenance.
• Serve as the service center designee in the absence of service center management, assuming responsibilities of the person in charge.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• A minimum of five (5) years of customer-facing experience.
• A minimum of one (1) year of combined experience in a team lead and/or supervisory capacity.
• A current, valid driver's license.

• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.
• Completion of fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Experience navigating customer escalations and resolving issues onsite.
• Knowledge of healthcare or other third-party facilities' prerequisites to entry.

Pay and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is $52,320 - $71,940, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. Specific compensation offered may vary based on factors including relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience. Work Location and Travel

The position is located on-site in Wichita, KS and may require up to 10% domestic travel.
