Field Service Installer

About the role

Culligan Water is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, HVAC, or construction, but training will be provided for the right individual. This role involves installing, servicing, and repairing water treatment equipment in various settings, including residential and commercial environments. The successful candidate will also perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and deliver essential supplies.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair water softeners, filtration systems, and other high-quality water treatment equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure water systems operate efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, resolving problems promptly and effectively in the field.
• Deliver and exchange salt, equipment, and supplies while maintaining a reliable service schedule.
• Create exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, educating customers about their systems, and building long-term relationships.
• Manage inventory and ensure that tools and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for the next job.

Requirements

• Experience in field service, plumbing, HVAC, construction, or a related trade is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license with a clean record and the ability to meet company insurance requirements.
• The ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A self-starter who can manage a daily route, stay organized, and work independently.
• A high school diploma or equivalent degree preferred.
• Fluency in English required.
