This position is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, service, and repair of bottleless water coolers and ice machines in client business environments in the Salt Lake City area market. Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally greet and interact with business customers.
  • Fish water tubing through walls and ceilings as required.
  • Complete assigned installations, explain the functionality of water and/or ice systems, and answer customer questions.
  • Complete service routes in an efficient manner.
  • Communicate with your supervisor, customer service, and other team members.
  • Complete necessary paperwork.
  • Perform all work in accordance with proper safety procedures and correct use of company equipment.

Requirements

  • Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school, or GED required.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer skills, including using MS Office and Excel.
  • Some lift work necessary, up to 35 feet in elevation with a safety harness.
  • Able to work independently yet be assertive to ask questions to accomplish the job properly.
  • Plumbing experience preferred.
  • Experience installing and servicing commercial beverage and ice systems highly preferred.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs.
  • Ascending and descending ladders.
  • Working in small areas.
  • Able to use hands and power tools.

Pay

Hourly wage commensurate with experience ($22 to $25/hour).
