Field Service Tech / Engineer

Responsibilities

• Factory prep, testing, and maintenance of machinery
• Install, train, and post-installation remote support of machinery direct with customers
• Maintain a clean work area
• Properly document machine maintenance history
• Communicate clearly with management staff
• Apply training to work practices

Requirements

• Must bring energy and passion to work everyday
• Knowledge or experience of print decoration methods a plus (pad print, screen print, etc)
• Must have the ability to see color
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be computer literate
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have 1 year of maintenance experience (Preferred)
• Must be willing to travel 50% of the time (Required)
