Field Service Engineer Window and Door, Western, USA

Deceuninck North America is a fully integrated design, compounding, tooling, and PVC extrusion company that produces energy-efficient vinyl window and door systems for the building, remodeling and construction industry.

About the role

As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production and sales of our high-quality vinyl windows and doors. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Participate in product development meetings to contribute to the improvement of existing products and the introduction of new ones.
• Support the installation process by providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of products into the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PVC extrusion processes and vinyl window and door systems.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Experience with customer relationship management tools.

Pay
