Field Service Engineer / Technician (Mid-Con Region) - Global Field Services

About the role

The Field Service Engineer / Technician will support the Global Field Service Division in providing field service solutions to customers across the Mid-Con region. This position involves on-site work, travel, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer equipment issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on customer equipment
• Document and report on service activities and findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a field service or similar role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Experience with common field service tools and equipment
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
