Field Service Engineer, Probe Card

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and service to probe card customers.
• Work under a microscope to manipulate microscopic wires using tweezers.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to document work and communicate with customers.
• Work independently without daily supervision, maintaining flexibility and organization.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic electronic issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay Range

$50,400.00 - $66,150.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
