We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer in Mining Service based in the Denver region responsible for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our systems at customer sites. The role involves extensive travel (150–180 days/year) across North America to remote customer sites, supporting equipment performance, providing remote assistance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Perform field service activities, including the installation, commissioning, testing, operation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and upgrade of sorting equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long‑term success.
- Maintain a regular on‑site presence to ensure customer service level agreements are consistently achieved.
- Train and support customer maintenance and service personnel to ensure effective equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ensure field service activities are delivered efficiently, on time,
