Responsibilities
- Perform in-house and field service tasks including installation, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance of supported products and equipment.
- Provide support for TAG, training, and system-level testing.
- Understand basic component and systems-level functionality.
- Identify, analyze, and repair product failures, ordering and replacing parts as needed.
- Offer basic fault-finding assistance via phone and email for low-end controls.
Requirements
- Recognized electrical or mechanical certificate from a trade school or military training institution or Associate Degree in a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in the field or a related area.
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.
- Ability to work under immediate supervision.
- Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required, Spanish a plus).
- Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
- Valid driver’s license (company pool vehicle provided).
- Valid passport, or the ability to obtain a passport.
- Able to pass water survival training.
Desired Qualifications
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Prior customer support or service experience.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in industrial facilities, a variety of weather conditions and extreme temperature environments.
- Comfortable standing, kneeling, stooping, and working on equipment for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel and work variable schedules based on service needs.
