Field Service Engineer - Jonesboro, AR/Memphis, TN

As a Field Service Technician you will work with these technologies, delivering front‑line technical service and support to customers while helping to safeguard vital resources and grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities
• Travel throughout the greater Jonesboro, AR/Memphis, TN territory to support manufacturing customers, with most work completed during the day and limited overnight travel
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software‑related issues and deliver effective, timely solutions
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers by acting as a technical advisor and problem solver
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to promote service agreements and newer technology solutions

Requirements

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel
• Up to two years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience
• Basic computer and technical proficiency (email, mobile applications, Microsoft Word)
• Ability to comply with customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate a company vehicle

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $28.00 – $30.00 USD per hour. The position is also eligible for incentive pay.
