Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment installation guidance in the early stage of the project.
• Conduct regular visits and inspections to the project site.
• Handle simple faults in a fast, timely, and effective way.
• Manage the spare parts warehouse and regularly check inventory to ensure full supply of spare parts.
• Collect and provide feedback on product information.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Requirements

• College degree or above, major in electrical automation, power electronics, or other related fields.
• Experience in maintenance of inverters or related power products.
• Certificates in electric maintenance.
• Strong customer service awareness and communication/coordination skills.
• Ability to adapt to frequent business travel.
