Responsibilities
- Maintain quality control system hardware and software
- Resolve customer service-related issues
- Communicate effectively with plant operators, plant management, 3rd party vendors, and other Honeywell personnel
- Accurately document work performed for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Participate in various projects such as upgrades, new installations, or new functionality for customers
- Cook up with other groups to meet commitments
- Apply safety rules and safe practices during service activities
- Lead HSE activities at customer sites and report unsafe practices and incidents
- Identify new service business opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of electrical/electronics, instrumentation, or process control related experience
- Ability to use electrical test equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical theory and electrical safety
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in industrial automation or process control environments
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning
- Experience with Honeywell products or similar technologies is a plus
Qualifications
- Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, or Process Control related experience
- Ability to use electrical test equipment
