Field Service Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support including off office hours and weekends for designated equipment in office or plant environment and campus.
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Documents, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Communicates clearly in written and verbal form.
• Accepting and delivering all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Installing wires and cables as well as splice wires or cables.
• Inspecting and testing wiring to locate and repair problems as well as ensuring that all specifications are met.
• Backup tape replacement.
• Executive support.
• Support rest of the locations in country remotely if required.
• Support Remote support teams if required.
• Support implementing/executing infrastructure-projects (small projects) only locally within the location.
