Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to independently manage complex customer environments, lead escalations, and serve as a technical authority for systems, networks, and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable IT solutionsproviding expert support for Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Azure, Intune, and Active Directoryadvanced server administration, troubleshooting, and resolution of server, network, and security issuesmentoring technicians and contributing to process improvementsdocumenting work thoroughly and supporting technical standards developmentparticipating in on-call rotations and providing leadership during critical events Qualifications: 7+ years in IT, managed services experience, advanced system administration and networking skills, and relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+). Preferred skills include scripting, automation, cloud platform experience, and vendor certifications. Skills: troubleshooting, leadership, client trust building, technical documentation, organization, independence, multitasking, and adaptability. Additional requirements: valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours.
