About the role
We're looking for a Field Service Administrator to join the team at Aldridge. You'll play a key role in supporting our field service operation and ensuring our customers receive an excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Raising job cards and maintaining accurate service records
- Processing technician time bookings and job information
- Checking and collating service documentation within agreed timescales
- Finalising parts and labour charges on completed jobs
- Closing jobs and supporting the timely completion of service activity
- Reviewing and processing service invoices and credits
- Creating, monitoring, and processing warranty claims
- Producing reports and supporting the wider team as required
- Building your product knowledge and working in line with company procedures
Requirements
- You'll be a proactive administrator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer service.
- You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with a range of people, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- You'll have previous administration experience.
- You'll have strong customer service skills.
- You'll have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- You'll have excellent organisation and time management skills.
- You'll have the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- You'll have strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- You'll have the ability to remain focused and effective under pressure.
- You'll have a flexible, results-driven mindset.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word. They should also have strong customer service skills and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay
Up to £28,894.81 pa DOE
Schedule
40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday
