Field Sales Representative - Unlimited Income Potential

Join our team and help push the boundaries of possibilities for our communities! In this role you will promote and sell Bluepeak products and services directly to customers in their homes, conducting door‑to‑door visits in assigned territories and building rapport with residents.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Bluepeak products and services directly to customers in their homes.
• Conduct door‑to‑door visits in assigned territories, including new communities and rural areas.
• Engage potential customers to explain product benefits and solutions based on their needs.
• Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Travel as needed within your assigned territory.
• Expand the customer base by attending community events to promote Bluepeak services and build brand awareness.

• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test (including marijuana) as this is a safety‑sensitive role.

Pay

Target compensation for full‑time roles ranges from $72,000 to $90,000, based on a 100% mix of base pay and targeted commissions and is commensurate with experience.
