Job Description
Cosmo Appliances, a new name in modern luxury kitchen appliances, seeks a results-driven and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will work with the company to generate leads, build relationships, and boost sales growth in their assigned territory, focusing on B2B accounts, dealers, and builders.
Responsibilities
- Locate and pursue innovative opportunities for business in the designated area.
- Possess strong background in cold calling and driving sales initiatives.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and professional real estate industry clients (designers, builders, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic sales tactics to achieve and grow market share.
- Work hand-in-hand with the internal departments such as marketing and product development to support sales goals and cater to customer needs.
- Keep up with market changes, industry trends, and competitor's activities.
- Participate in conferences, trade displays, and networking events to promote Cosmo Products and expand professional network.
- Acquire quotations, contracts, and sales proposals ready to give to prospective clients.
- Negotiate conditions and close deals in compliance with business policies and guidelines.
- Offer exceptional customer service and support for optimal customer retention and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in outside sales and account management.
- Strong background in cold calling and driving sales initiatives.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with kitchen appliances or related industry (preferred).
- Willingness to travel for dealer engagements as required.
